Zen Organic Farm is at the leading edge of Hong Kong’s burgeoning organic movement. Technically we are highly advanced with the largest greenhouse and controlled environment structures in the SAR. 你想嚐一嚐剛從藤蔓採摘下來的歐洲承傳蕃茄嗎？剛從田裏收割回來的沙律菜？吃一些鮮嫩的花兒？還有，顏色和味道都超乎你熟識的甘筍、蕃茄、甜椒和茄子？請到有心機來走一趟，我們這個本地有機農場的農作物將會喚醒你的味覺，重新為「新鮮、好味」下定義！不單只這樣，你還會眼界大開、心情大快呢！
農場位於青葱的香港新界打鼓嶺，面積約二十五萬平方尺，供應味道和營養都是一等的有機蔬果，因為我們只在農作物成熟又嬌嫩的時候收割。除了環抱我們的青山外，農場裏也栽種了很多特色花卉，不過且慢，不是每一種都可以吃啊！這裏不單是一家人或朋友們閒遊的好地方，更是學生們郊遊學習的另一選擇，我們樂意為個別團體安排半天／一天的遊學體驗。
香港已有大大小小數以百計的有機農場，有心機是當中甚具規模的一個。我們有最大型的温室，採用科研的技術，致力發展現代化有機耕種，為此我們常常向專業人士請教，包括海外及本地農業教授和專家、香港漁農自然護理署的專才、害蟲及病毒專家，以及生物科技生產商等等。
我們以栽種健康美味的有機蔬果為使命，不斷發掘並引入適合在香港耕種的海外蔬菜如歐洲承傳蕃茄，供應更多樣化的本地農作物，為支持有機低碳生活的朋友們帶來較多的選擇。很欣慰的是我們在這方面的努力已得到一定的認同，農場的顧客很大部份是國際知名的香港酒店，城中的餐廳和有機食物專賣店。
